Hi, Sir thank you so much for your prestigious reply and materials. Sir kindly inform me if you have any other material related to Organizational behavior, production/Operation management and HRM. Thanks

Hello Zahid. I am glad you like the videos. I did a quick Google search and found the following website with a table of contents for a management book you can download. The topics look spot on for management. Here is the link: http://2012books.lardbucket.org/books/management-principles-v1.1/

Your videos, the Peterson's practice tests, and the CLEP study guide helped me pass the CLEP exam for management! Thank you!

+Ben Callihan You are welcome. I am always happy to hear about how the videos have been helpful in some way.
Mike Knudstrup (3 years ago)
No.  I have done all of it on my own just because I am interested in the subject and I want to help others who are also interested.  Some topics I have left out due to lack of interest.  It's harder to talk about things you don't find too exciting.

Did the school pay you to make those videos? That would be great if they'd fund the completion of the series, it's like an audiobook of a textbook

Please clarify efficiency and effectiveness, means & ends, doing the right thing & doing things the right way. They are contradicted in this video & I need to know the correct info for the CLEP test (I don't have a text book). Thank you
Ben Callihan (3 years ago)
Thank you, in the end review they each have the opposite definition of what they were in the beginning of the video.
Mike Knudstrup (3 years ago)
+Ben Callihan Efficiency is the means and effectiveness is the ends or goal. If you watch the video carefully I think you will find it pretty well covered with one minor word slip.

What is the year/edition of the textbook you're using?  And if you have time please rename the videos so we know their chronological order. Thank you
Mike Knudstrup (3 years ago)
+Ben Callihan What I might recommend is looking at the title/concepts in your chapter and matching them to the videos. I tried to name the videos so that people with other textbooks could use the videos as well. The current version of the textbook probably has a few very minor differences. They seem create a new edition every year or so without too many substantive changes.

You are welcome.  Management is a very interesting and useful topic (in my opinion at least).
Mike Knudstrup (5 years ago)
Yes, good observation. I think I recall doing that. Making videos is tougher than it looks :)

You are welcome and I understand running your own business is difficult. I hope the videos will be of assistance. I run my own business too so I know what a challenge it can be, especially in the beginning. The Internet is a great resource. If you stick with it you will eventually find the business gets easier and you have more success. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

Yo Mike,,, I "See the forest from the trees". Holy moly... And I always thought of myself as a simple minded idiot that likes to work like an ant. I think we may have had this conversation just a couple days ago. By the way, your voice sounds different. I suppose that's normal. Nice Vid. Keep bringing it.
