Easy to understand

Fayol’s 7th principle is remuneration, not renumeration. Otherwise, I love this video. It’s as great as I am pedantic.

Hi I have been using your videos to study and enjoy them, however I have spotted a mistake and if permitted Id like to alert you to principle number seven, you say is RENUMERATION, which doesn't exist the closest word would be RENUMERATE, which means to recount (count again). so principle number seven should be REMUNERATION which means what you described in your video. thank you.
Hanna Torres (11 months ago)
thanks for the video. just one tiny mistake is the 7th point is reMunaration and not reNumeration. great stuff!!!
Alanis Business Academy (11 months ago)
+Hanna Torres Thanks! You’re totally right. Got a little mixed up there, but I’ll do better next time.

Great video even so many years after posting it. But there is a crass mistake in it as not only the written notes but the narrator call Remuneration as Renumeration. Remuneration come from the word Money - mune. Renumeration makes it sound like you're going to numerate something again. the word is Remuneration - pay someone for services or goods provided.

You might want to consider getting a blanket over your microphone like singers use in studios. It is kind of distracting listening to you talking when a loud base is surprising me every time you for example pronunciate the letter P. Try pronunce it in front of a cat`s face and see what it does. Sorry to comment with criticism, but you got some great stuff here! No need for a consultant review to see it. :)

the audio is very quiet

Summarized expertly while still offering details that are important. Well done. Although this video is a few years old, I did notice you misnamed principle 7 as Renumeration and even pronounced it as such when it is actually remuneration. I actually often make the same mistake.

Thank you so much for this clear video, it is so much more interesting to watch and listen to what you say than to be in class, somehow you make it sound more meaningful. For my exams, I have to study a whole bunch of management approaches, classical, human relations, systems and contingency and their subgroups scientific, bureaucracy, neo-human relations, decision making and social action. I understand most of the theory, but I just fail to understand how they are all relevant and how to apply the theory as a future manager.  Especially Social-Technology approach is confusing to me. Maybe you could also make a video about management by Objectives ?  Just some ideas :) I see you already have some of them made. Great series! Also love your economics videos :) Great voice also, so thanks a lot for all the content!
Thanks for u video
