Dina I'm so happy for your success, I feel like crying. You're my role model and to see you realize your dreams for all the right reasons makes me all the more proud to look up to you. Believe it or not, it has brought me closer to the Creator.
You are my role model, you inspire me to follow my youtube dream and not be afraid to show that I am muslim, if anything the only thing that I want to be defined by is my religion,Islam. Thanks to you Dina. xx
Dina you need to check your western privilege. YOU are not oppressed. The women in your homeland of Egypt and every other Muslim country are. The moment it is acknowledged it can be accepted and then it can be changed. I thought better of you.
they believe what they see how can you ever convince them that you are right.
sorry i not hate monger but i tries this only a few minor people agrees and others instead of understanding they used abused words against me and muslims so this type of video works successful 5% only out of 100%.
Obviously, hijab/burqa/etc =/= oppression. And if you want to wear it and have the choice to, more power to you. But I'm not sure if I agree with saying "We are NOT oppressed" as a collective per se, because that certainly isn't the reality for everyone and many are still forced or pressured to wear one by society. There is still a fair way to go before there is no oppression in the Muslim world (yes, non-muslims have oppression too, but that's irrelevant to this argument). Perhaps, "Don't assume we're oppressed" or "We're not all oppressed" would be more accurate, though you're probably better at making catchy slogans. Anyway, good for you, inspiring others, giving others confidence and looking great at it too! Great editing btw :)
I love your videos.
TheNatatanga Even handcuffs =/= oppression. If you want to wear it and have the choice to, more power to you. I think you only sound smart, but in reality there is no possibility no one gets oppressed one way or another. Since people claim that women lacking proper clothes harm others: corrupting their minds, spreading indecency in community, one might say people are oppressed because those women choose not to cover themselves. To me it is basic logic. Don't get me wrong. I hate Islam, I am against having Muslims in the West and one of the reasons is Islam's approach to sexuality being expressed in public. But claiming it is possible to have no oppression in "decency" department is just naive. There will be always consequences of wearing certain clothes as long as people link decency, giving respect, deciding about who gets hired, who teaches our children etc.
Pardon my ignorance. What is the belief for wearing a turbine? Modesty? Doesn't makeup contradict that? I know you don't need to explain yourselves but I am trying to understand. Thank you 💜 Loving your energy!
It's funny when non Muslims start talking about us been oppressed I swear to Allah there is no way I'm oppressed. And I can swear To Allah the non muslims themselves are oppressed. Everything they do revolves around men. Nakedness, been used and abused. Baby mama drama. Been with multiple partners from the day they have reached puberty until they reach their grave and trust me the bloody list goes on so don't tell us that we are oppressed. I thank Allah for making me a Muslim with rights and dignity. Islam is a religion that treats women fairly. The Muslim woman was given a role, duties and rights 1400 years ago that most women do not enjoy even today in the West. These rights are from God and are designed to maintain a balance in society what may seem “unjust” or “missing” in one place is compensated for or explained in another place . Before you tell us that we are oppressed please take a look at your own lives. Until thn you can sod off all of you who try to show themselves defendant or defender of Muslims women.we are the faithfull women Allah has chosen us to b amongst the followers of (Muhammed saw) Alhamdulillah I'm a Muslima
Sihemxxkkx32 JadeAquamarineLavender sorry for the long text! hope you at least take time reading it!!^^ Firstly it's ''you are an'' not ''your an''. Secondly, have I ever said that it's the muslims fault? no sweety I haven't. All my life I knew who's really to blame. It's not the one reading the book but the one writing it. So it's not the people's fault but the one who made the rules. So to say their prophet Muhammad (piss be upon him) and others who has ruled this earth for their happiness and greed and not for the sick of their people. And bc it's has been like this for centuries many countries has become hell for many in those countries. they have problems such as high levels of rape (of course most of those who have been raped will not get help but only shit's and shame by most people who surround them included their families that maybe even kill them for honour) high degree of criminality (they do not have good jail for those who need help bc of bad childhood) and many children in these countries will not get a good education ( so many generations will not have smart and kind people but not all of them will turn out bad thou^^)... so the only way out (as I and many others see) for these countries is to change the rules they have and some of the traditions that is very bad +a lot of their culture rules and the teaching of hate and not acceptance, fix up their community together. But do they want to do that? no no no sorry but many of them don't feel like doing it at all bc they say they have already good rules that are in shari'ah law (rules from the koran made by many Imams) ''Do you really think everyone is following their religion properly to the standard that you think'' I don't think everyone of them follow all the rules and law of the koran/quran. But if you go to muslims in an islamic country and ask them if homofile is ok most of them will say that in their koran/quran it's haram(problematic) to have same sex love. And if you ask them if the torture and punishment that is written in their quran is ok, they will say allah is always right about which punishment is good for which situation including stonehearth and cut off their hand if they steal! and ask them if a girl in her 13 marrying a man in his 30 is ok, they will say it's their parent who will decide. they will not deny that they marry off their littel girls in young age against their will but will avoid answering completely the question or they may even change the conversation. ''However, when something happens in the western society it is not blamed on Christianity.'' O.M.F.G. again the christianity is mixed in this conversaton about islam.. ok, listen now here dear: christianity may has been WORSE than islam IN SOME WAYS sometimes LONG ago. But now in 2017 they have accepted MARRIAGE IN THE FUCKING CHURCH! Tell me has islam done the same shit? no they haven't yet. I have heard some rumors about some Imams who is homofile openly but sadly it hasn't helped much for change in the minds of the muslims about homofil. And one more thing: Christianity has almost nothing to do with society anymore. The only thing it's included in is the celebration of Christmas and maby some place halloween . And listen here America's politics and Christianity are separated. understood? have you never heard that before? omg then you have now learned something new! good for you!^^ ''The hypocrisy...get off of your high horse fool. Why don't you research about Islam rather than make assuptions on things that you don't understand.'' you call me a hypocrisy bc of what? bc I tell the fucking truth? and sweety I don't have high horse. I have a fucking brain unnlike you dear^^ and about the research, I have it all from experience, like I said before I have lived my whole life in an islamic family from an islamic shithole (country). and have not just out of the blue assumed islam is a bad religion or shoud I say politic. and yes do understand it perfectly bc I've readed the koran/quran on my own from arabic dear. and I have many muslim friends who don't really have a problem with taking about bad thing in islam and immigrants. they actually in my side. And I'm glad. but some of the other muslim friends I have said to me ''Let's agree with disagree'' wihle some other said ''let's not talk about this, I don't want to be unfriend with you'' And a few of them like two people said very bad things and started to abuse my feelings. I really don't like people like you. it's you who is really a hypocrit. and let me tell you something else.. I'm bisexsual+an exmuslim. what would happen if I told my father? what do you people think? haven't told him yett so I don't know but from the abuse he gave me from 9 year old I think he would like to kill me.
Snow Storm Your an idiot. When something happenes in the Arab society,it is always blamed on Muslims and religion. Do you really think everyone is following their religion properly to the standard that you think. However, when something happens in the western society it is not blamed on Christianity. E.g. Abuse, rape etc.
The hypocrisy...get off of your high horse fool. Why don't you research about Islam rather than make assuptions on things that you don't understand.
you have been sooo damn brainwashed that I feel so sorry for you! where on Earth did you hear that ''Islam is a religion that treats women fairly''?? ''The Muslim woman was given a role, duties and RIGHTS 1400 years ago''?? Dafuq who learned you that BULLSHIT? baby you gotta open your fucking mind and see the fucking truth. I don't have the energy right now to learn you some facts but could you look at the world in another view? and to tell you something I'm an ex muslim from a very very bad family, so even if you say otherwise I would't blink an eye. I'v lived the life of hell (an extreme Islamic family) and seen heard learned the fucking truth from birth bitch! I don't believe in a shit now! ISLAM IS NOT A RELIGION OF PEACE!!! EVERY RELIGION WAS MAN-MADE.
mashallah im so happy for you. this actually made me cry iv watched you for years and watching you grow is just amazing mashallah im so happy for you. your a great wife and mother and a great example to other muslims. xx
